While I'm away drowning myself in our brand new baby Ocean, I asked a few other bloggers if they'd help keep you all company. I was very pleased to get so many responses because that means I can enjoy this little guy for that much longer.
A huge thank you to this mama of one BIG ol' family of 6 children and 1 on the way! How she has time to even type a few words on the computer is BEYOND me. So happy to have her here today!

How to start... first, I'm *so* blown away to be featured here. I've never everrrrrrr done anything like this. Definitely outside my box! And only required one walk away from the computer and a little self pep talk to hit 'send' to Maryam :) My experience is less in blogging and more (maybe) in kiddos!
Here's a little background of the Smith's...
My husband, Dave, and I were kinda high school sweethearts. Surprise baby. Best blessing ever. Married quite young. Grew up together. Fast forward almost 11 years and we've never been happier. We now have 6-1/2 beautiful children who I (FINALLY!!!) get to stay home with. Being a stay-at-home mom is fairly new, but I absolutely love it and have been not-so-patiently waiting for this time in my life for ... oh... 3 children :)

I didn't quite know what I was getting myself into when I offered to write a guest blog post for Maryam, but I guess I'm diving right in! Maryam's request was to describe our day in photos... I love the idea of adding snapshots of our day to the blog and might use this guest post anddddd this as inspiration. Now my goal is to be more organized and actually follow through on this... here goes... enjoy!

This particular day ended with a massive amount of the kids' friends over for a sleepover. Crazy we are!Thank you again to Maryam for allowing me to be a part of her baby moon. I cannot *wait* to hear the news of another baby... best of luck!
